7/27/2015 0 Comments My Little Pony PartyWhen I was told what the theme was for Nicole's party I was excited but also a little out of my comfort zone. I, like most of the female population, am familiar with my little ponies, but for me it was all about the 90's version, not the ones that are on television today So after a lot of googling and searching on Sky TV I found the new version! They have huge eyes, long eyelashes and are wonderfully bright and colourful! Quite excitedly, I started to play about with some designs inspired by each of theindividual ponies. I stuck with some of the aim characters.. Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Flutter Shy and Twilight Sparkle! Each pony has a 'cutie mark' which is a kind of tattoo on their hind quarters. I used these as a base and created the designs below.... I had a fab time at the party. Here are a few of the pony designs that were requested! I love party's that have a theme, it's exciting to get creative and come up with my own designs for them. If your child has a favourite book, character, TV show or Movie and you would like a party around that theme, then having a face painter at the there is a great way to get all the kids involved too! If you are interested in booking me for a party or just want to discuss an idea you have in mind then just send me a message to [email protected] or give me a call on 07584 221421 Sarah x

7/27/2015 0 Comments Harleston Vintage Street FairOn Sunday I painted all day and evening at the vintage street fair in Harleston, an event organised and run by members of the local community that volunteer for 'Harleston's Future.' It was a fantastic day, full of not only treasure and trinkets, but music, madness, fun and frolics! As a Harleston resident myself I was thrilled to be painting there. It's so good to be a part of the local community and meet your neighbours and other residents of the town at such a unique event. I painted adults and children, newbies and experienced clients. I was challenged to make a design up on the spot when asked for 'mine craft' one, painted my first ever rose and painted a mummy and her newbie daughter to match! It was a great day and the evening was fab! Bands played and people gathered in the market place and danced the night away. I for one can't wait for next year to do it all over again! 7/27/2015 1 Comment Minion Baby BumpBello, (that's Minion for Hello)! We LOVE Minions in our house and with the release of the new film it seemed only right to paint a minion on a bump! The lovely Lauren was the Model for this body painting. I'm really happy with how it turned out and hope you like it too. The pictures below show the stages of the body paint and the finishedl design! |
